AI that answers customers and handles the admin, so you don't have to.

I set up simple AI tools for small businesses: chatbots that answer customer questions, WhatsApp contact, online bookings, and automatic invoices and reminders. They fit around the way you already work, and you stay in control.

In short

What it is Practical AI and automation set up for your business, not a product you have to learn.
Who it's for UK small and medium businesses that lose time to enquiries, bookings and admin.
What you get A working tool, a plain-English guide for your team, and clear running costs.
Who it's for

Built for busy owners, not IT departments

If you answer the same questions every day or do admin in the evenings, this is likely a good fit.

Shops and retailers

Questions about stock, opening hours, delivery and orders, answered without you picking up the phone.

Consultancies and service firms

Enquiries qualified, calls booked and follow-ups sent, so nothing slips between meetings.

Trades and local services

Quote requests captured, visits booked and reminders sent while you are on the job.

Owners doing their own admin

Invoices, reminders and repeat tasks taken off your evenings and weekends.

What's included

Pick what you need. Start with one.

Most clients begin with a single tool, see the time it saves, then add more. Every quote lists exactly what's in scope.

AI chatbot for your website

Answers common questions using only information you approve, and collects enquiry details.

Example: opening hours, prices, delivery areas.

WhatsApp contact

A WhatsApp button and quick replies, so customers can reach you the way they prefer.

Example: an instant reply out of hours, with a promise to call back.

Scheduling and bookings

Customers pick a slot online. Confirmations and reminders go out on their own.

Example: fewer no-shows for appointments and site visits.

Invoicing and reminders

Invoices created from your jobs or orders, with polite reminders when payment is late.

Example: a reminder on day 7 and day 14.

Hand-off to you

When a person is needed, you get a short summary by email or WhatsApp, ready to act on.

Example: "Sarah wants a quote for Saturday, prefers a call after 5."

Safe and capped

Usage limits and monthly spending caps on every AI feature, so costs can never run away.

Example: an email alert before a cap is reached.

FAQ

Questions owners ask

Can't see yours? Ask my AI assistant, or send me a message.

Message me on WhatsApp

No. I set everything up and show you how it works in plain English. Day to day, you just get the results: answered enquiries, booked appointments and sent reminders.

It only answers from information you approve. When it isn’t sure, it hands the conversation to you instead of guessing, and you can review conversations at any time.

There is a one-off setup cost, and usually a small monthly running cost for AI usage and hosting. Both are written into your quote, and spending caps mean bills can’t run away.

I’ll explain exactly what is stored, where and for how long, and set things up to keep only what is needed for the job.

Often, yes, for example WhatsApp, email, calendars and common accounting tools. We’ll check what you use during the discovery call.

Discovery call

Which job would you hand to AI first?

Tell me where the time goes. I'll suggest the simplest thing that would help, and be honest if AI isn't the answer.
